Success of every woman should be inspirational

Gift Mbabazi, Business Analyst at Outbox Hub

Gift Mbabazi, a joyful person, who derives some of her joy from surrounding herself with people who have positive energy is a graduate of Makerere University with a Bachelor's degree in Community Psychology.

In recognition of a woman for the month of March, Mbabazi vouches for Maggie Kigozi, whom she says has shown with great effort and competence, that a woman can achieve everything that she sets out to, as long as they have the right mindset and look at things differently.

She sees Women’s Day as one to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women in the world.

For the month of March, we profile the wonderful ladies working at Outbox Hub. A Q and A session was taken with the Business Analyst who loves dancing, working out, and taking on new challenges.

QN: Passing on the same to other women, what advice have you picked from another woman, that empowered you?

ANS: The success of every woman should be inspirational, we should raise each other up.

QN: What is the greatest lesson life has taught you and how do you keep heads high amidst life’s hurdles?

ANS: One of the greatest lessons in life is letting go. Whether it’s guilt, anger, love, loss or betrayal.

QN: What question would you like to ask fellow women out there that you think needs to be addressed?

ANS: How better can we handle the challenge of gender pay?

QN: Lifting up other women Vs tearing them down. Tell us why women should lift each other up instead of tear and cripple.

ANS: There is enough for everyone, women have no need to tear each other down.

Move recommendation: Life itself – This movie taught me to enjoy life to the fullest and nothing is perfect, just need to do your best in life.

QN: There are gentlemen out there doing a great job in regards to women and having safe spaces for them. Please recognize and appreciate one of the so many.

ANS: “I appreciate Mr. Zulu Richard, the team lead at Outbox Hub, who has given women great opportunities to learn and grow their professional skills,”says Mbabazi.
